Hello everyone, my friend introduced me to this forum, but I'm not sure if he is on them himself heh. I am interested in lucid dreaming because I'm a gamer and I love role-playing games, and I'd love to explore the universe of "The Elder Scrolls" game series.. And I think it would make it so much more awesome to be able to have control and clarity in dreams. I'm a little scared about trying the WILD method, as you need to induce sleep paralysis, and I just know I'm going to hallucinate about aliens, which have terrified me from a young age since I watched a stupid documentary So I'm going to start reality checks, logging my dreams and just thinking about becoming lucid before I sleep in the hopes of getting a DILD. I may have had a really small DILD, but I am just thinking of shrugging it off as it was so minute. Wel I had a dream and the next thing I am dreaming of me with my girlfriend in a cafe.. Then I thought "Oh damn, I have to wake up and actually meet my girlfriend this morning at that bakery!" I then told myself to wake up and did, but relaxed as it was only 7am and had to go at 9. Was pretty small but awesome nonetheless.
