      Brand new to LDs and the forum

      Hi everyone, just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Ryan and I'm 18 years old. I just found the site today but have always been intrigued by dreams ever since watching the Freddy Nightmare on Elm street movies. Tonight is going to be my first night in recording my dreams and trying to learn how to LD.

      Yep, one big thing is to have is confidence that you will be able to LD. Reality checks throughout the day and often asking yourself if you are in a dream helps out a lot. Also dream journals, as annoying as they can get, help out so much. Good luck!
