Things that make it harder for me to WILD
-body twitching
-loss of thought
-heart beating faster
-thinking I've made it and then the RC puts me back to square 1
-sneezing as of last night
-disrupting sounds (like a bad storm or the heater clicking or something)
Solution: Keep at it while being passive and confident in my self to keep going . Also for some reason thinking of music / making up music helps me sometimes so I'll try to use that a little more tonight. I'm also going to try and play some video games during my WBTB session.
