      I will try my first WILD tonight.

      My plan is:

      - Go to sleep 10:00 pm.
      - Wake up 5 minutes before the second REM which is at 4:00 am. That means i set my alarm at 3:55 am.
      - Stretch, comfort myself.
      - Lay down, close my eyes and count my breaths. Focus on getting wild. Grr.

      Will my plan work? Did i forget anything?

      I will. Ten minutes till i try to sleep. Hell, im overexcited, cant get sleep at once.

      me too! ill try the same thing but ill go at half 10,,, :L.
      then adjust my alarm to fit in with this.

      I'll try to do this as well. Will it work though? What if my REM cycle is different, or do people's cycles usually resemble others?
