A small question about lucid dreaming

So i had my second lucid dream last night using the WILD technique and im just wondering... Can i use the same technique tonight? Or will that lower my chance of getting a lucid dream?

If you've had success with one technique, try it again! Some people are only good with one kind of technique, and that's fine. Try it, and good luck. :]

I know people who have lucids 5 or so times per single night every night so there's no real limit I personally used to have 3 or so per week now trying to get back into having em.
TAKE DV members advice with caution! some have had zero or 1-2 LD's yet act like gurus
      TOTAL LD's (almost all DILD/MILD) =160!!

If you try again chances are you'll be more successful, as you have the practice. There's no rate limit on LDing

Cool... Do the LD's get more vivid and longer from practice aswell? Thanks everyone for answering my questions, also i have a new one.

My dream recall kinda sucks... i really need to lie in bed for like 20 mins before i can fully remember a dream. I am currently using a dream journal, what else is there to do to improve it?

My dream recall sucks alse right now. So try to get a good sleep pattern and when u wake up, try not to move atall. Also don't get up by an alarm clock because u will hav to move to turn it off.

Hope this helps. Also I heard wearing a sleeping mask helps.

Yep, but also because one tends to learn new tricks to increase those along the way as well.

All I can really tell you is practice, don't get distracted, and don't get too worried if your recall is low.

First of all, If you have sucess with a WILD, keep on using it

As for recall, just make sure you go to bed and wake up the same time each day/night. Also, as you fall asleep, think of your past dreams and tell yourself that you will recall your dreams in the morning. When you wake up, think of where you just were and what were you doing? This will help.
