Thread: Im stuck at levitating

So after many times of trying to lucid or dream or w/e i got to the point where my sleep paralysis kicked in, and then i started to feel my self ascend higher and higher till the point were i got uncomfortable by the loud metal ringing in my ears(i got a headache after i awoke), and then i tried opening my eyes cause i wasn't sure what do do next, and then it started to fade away as i got exited at how close i was...

so what should i do next after this?also how do u do the thing were ppl look down at themselves and see the room and there bodies as the sleep?
