Thread: Sleep paralysis

Does anybody know of any way to enduce sleep paralysis? ive had it once and though it was terrorfying i would like to ahve another for teh experience. a bit off topic here but i would like to know of anything atall.

Yea go to sleep. its a sleep disorder if you wake up and your still in sleep paralysis, then you have a sleep disorder.

Try to WILD and you will get into SP if it is working.
I have yet to induce SP by WILDing because I am bad at it.

Toejammer, if you have questions you can post a thread or search past threads to answers for your questions.
