Thread: what causes me to yell after i realize im asleep

i was trying to wild last night and failed before i knew it i was yellin "hey your aslee.... and it was too late i was awake.....it was like completely black though when i realized it. i think i like yelled so loud it woke me up..idk i feel im putting allot of thought into it. that can cause me to wake right? my dream recall is getting better with each day though so im not too discouraged just looking for help from the vets.. im waiting for my 2 weeks to be up so i can get some 1 on 1 training.

feel free to just post any random tips or personal tricks that help you with your LD endeavors

Did you yell to try and remind yourself you dreaming? Just try to make it calm, yelling would most likely excite you too much and create too much distraction. I'm assuming your dreaming when you say this also? Just all the way there. Be calm and relaxed. Not yelling.

well... i realized (in an instant) that i was dreaming and only half coherently i yell sumthin like im sleeping! and then it was over. i have a tendancy to jerk myself up when awaking (even before i tried to LD). zero time to "stabalize" i have a very over active mind,its always racing..you would think that kind of thing would help the situation..lol
im just kind of waiting for LD to lose a little of its luster so i dont get over exited and concentate too hard...ive LDed allot in the past so i know exactly wut it feels like. so thats a bonus. just havnt done it in years. any way im sure ill get it, just takes a lil time

If it's the suddenly poping into a dream that makes you yell, try a WILD were your just kind of dragged into a dream.
