Hi. I had a lucid dream a couple of years ago, and I've been trying ever since to do it again. Thought maybe investigating this forum would help. I'm also looking for reliable sources of the supplements dealt with in Thomas Yuschak's book. I'm concerned that one could spend a lot of money on products that were not what the maker claims. Although I've not LDed except that first time, I've since had many sleep paralysis events wherein I was awake in bed and apparently had a virtual parade of beings tinkering with me. These events seem related to the LD mind-state. It s not lost on me how crazy this sounds.

welcome to dv. check out the tutorial section, that should help you start lucid dreaming again specifically the ones on DILD, MILD, and WBTB

Hey, trust me, you don't sound crazy at all. The majority of the members here strive to find a way to induce sleep paralysis, because you can enter a lucid dream relatively easily if you find yourself in SP. They've pointed you to the lucid aids, which I know nothing about. But if you've got any more questions please ask
