      I am new here. I discovered this website through google.. it will be interesting to see if I could learn how to exactly lucid dream.

      If you want to learn a few things about Lucid Dreaming, check the database.

      Many posts around here are quite helpful for beginners, but the most important part of LDings is dream recall.

      You should start a dream journal immediately!
