Thread: Belated Hello

My name is April but I go by Zhaylin in cyber-space. I'm 34 years old, the mother of 4 kids (Ray- age 16; Myles- age 14; Destinee- age 13; Zee'Arra- age 12) and I'm married to a man 30 years older than me whose an Ophthalmologist.

The father of my children has been out of our life since they were babies.
And because my dreams are sometimes about my past and people may read them and wonder- I worked as an exotic dancer for about 4 months in 1998.
I'm also one of Jehovah's Witnesses... I started studying with them in 1999 and was baptized in 2001. I am currently disfellowshipped (or "excommunicated") which means members from my congregation won't associate with me. This happened February 2008. They were right in doing so and I look forward to rejoining the congregation in the (hopefully) near future.

While I was on a business trip with my husband this past November, Social Services picked up my kids and placed them in Foster Care and later placed my boys in a Shelter and my girls with my half-sister and her family (which may change tomorrow). I was so distraught that I tried killing myself and I'm fighting to get my kids back. I go to court tomorrow.
My dreams also sometimes feature that theme....

I started smoking when I was about 13 years old. By the time I was 18, was smoking 4 packs a day. But in 2000, I quit. This past April 28, I started again. I cannot rejoin the congregation until I quit again.

Other than all that- I am a very boring person. I enjoy reading and in the past I wrote stories, poetry and songs. Now-a-days I spend a lot of time on-line playing WoW or DOMO or spending time on Yahoo Answers or here

I'm going to be off-line from 01/15-01/25. I'll try to check in, but can't guarantee it So, no worries if I don't check in.

You said you smoke but I also know about you having dreams right away when you fall asleep. Do you remember them because I've been told smoking destroys dream recall.

Smoking has never interfered with my dream recall. My dream life has been as real and vivid as my real life and I remember dreams as far back as I remember my childhood and the dreams were never any less vivid when I was smoking 4 packs a day. Now I only smoke 1 1/2- 2 packs a day and I still have almost perfect recall for the most part.

Court went well today. I should have my kids back in 6 months. I have to have a 4-5 hour psch. test regarding parenting on Monday!! I've NEVER taken a test that lasted so long lol. I'm a little annoyed because I have to pay more child support than my ex-hubby even though I'm unemployed and he's always had a job- but it's still just a triffle.
Thanks for the prayers I need all the help I can get! Especially when dealing with my childrens' lawyer. He mumbles under his breath during the proceedings and never listens to (nor believes) anything I say and I sometimes want to smack him lol He seems like a nice enough guy though at other times, so I *try* to keep that in mind

Oh yes... and I love WoW. I hadn't played for about a year because my internet kept bumping me off and I was afraid to buy more time. But now it's all well and I got my toon up to level 55. I created a Death Knight but it's not for me (I don't like playing toons with magic as it's against my religion and it's much also much too gloomy of a character lol)

Your un-employed? What do you want to be? Or do you want to stay un-employed?

Sorry for entering your privacy (lol) but I love knowing about people's lifes and struggles. Not that I like the fact that people go through misery, I just like stories and stories and need problems and this is just somehow interresting.

Lots of people talk about WOW, I should check out what it is... Not now though, I have CPTs and Exams at school so I'm busy (I shouldn't be here, now... Forgive me teachers )
