Have my first LD [X]

Have a very vivid and lucid dream [ ]
Fly [X]
Have a good length of LD [ ]
Improve my recall [ ]
Write them down anyway, even if you only remember a tiny bit. That will make your brain relise you want to remember your dreams. |

Lucid Dreams -
MILD: (0)
WILD: (0)
I just do, I don't normally but if I want to I can. I just wake up about 2-3 hours or so before I wake up normally. |

Do you lie in bed waiting for the dreams to come, or do you realize you don't know a thing and just give up? |

Even if you don't remember anything straight away, you can sometimes have great recall half an hour later for some reason. I generally ask myself where I was and who I was with ( if anybody ) and also try and think of objects or forms of travel to jog your memory. I usually go through my list like, was I travelling by foot, car, bus, train etc and did I eat, drink, or use money. |

Write what you can recall anyways. This will also help to identify any dream signs (reoccurring signs in your dream that tell you that you're dreaming). You should also practice auto-suggestion, this is when you tell yourself something that you want to accomplish such "I am going to remember my dreams tonight" or "I am going to wake up right after my dreams end" etc. You would usually repeat this only three to five a night, but with emphasis; it wont work unless you truly mean it. |

like everyone has said, just write down ANYTHING you can recall. Your mind is automatically built to erase dream memories. If you write things down, your brain will start to realize that you want this information saved. It works. |
