Are you talking about visualizing a scene from a dream? I'm not really sure what you are asking.

If you are asking about visualizing a scene from a past dream I reccomend reading your DJ. Find a dream that you remember vividly. Then think about part of it that you remember very well. Try to re-create it in your head. Not just how it looked, but your emotions at the time, the smells, sounds, etc.

na, what i read somewhere (i think in one of the tutorials) it said that you do the wbtb method by getting up after 5-6 hours, stay up for a bit and then visualise a dream. i think the example given was like they visualised being in a white room and their two best friends appeared and told them that it was a RC contest and to do a RC now or something. I think it was a form of VILD?
But maybe i'll just apply the same principle, like wright down the dream that i want to have and try and create it in my head based off my writing. Would that work do you think?

Well, if your problem is visualization, then we cant give you too much information on how to better it. But I suggest that you get up after 4 to 5 hours if sleep and go to the bathroom or just stand up for a brief moment. This should awaken just enough to the point where you're not so tired that you can't even visualize something w/o falling asleep. Once you stand up for that brief moment, focus on nothing else but what you're trying to visualize; make sure that you have a solid, vivid picture in your head of where you want to end up when you're asleep/dreaming. Once you get back into bed, keep concentrating on that picture in your head for as long as you can before falling back asleep and hopefully you should end up in your designated destination. That's all the advice I can give, I hope it helps somewhat.
