What are some do's and don'ts when it comes to maintaining lucidity and prolonging a dream. Just this afternoon, I napped and tried the FILD method,which was very successful but the dream didn't last. I had a FA that I was sleeping in a room different from the one I was actually in. Immediately I became lucid without even thinking, oddly I just knew it was a dream and I eagerly flew across my living room. Once I reached the point where there is a window in the kitchen, I burst right through it and and awoke from the dream. Any thoughts? |
