I just read the Dream Recollection tutorial, (thanks for that ;)) and I saw that banana has vitamin B6 in it. Now, I had only stumbled on this website because I have to do a project for school, and I just kept on reading, because I was curious. By the way, I can't wait to try having a lucid dream, although I probably won't get it. Ok, so, back to the banana, I have just recently started recalling a dream per night, AND I had just recently started eating a whole banana every morning with my cereal. See the connection?

Well I'm glad that could help you out, and what an interesting way to find DV :tongue: Don't take on that attitude, though! I'm sure you'll be able to lucid dream! Just put in a little effort, and a whole crazy world of dreams is open to you :D

Not with breakfast. Too much time would have passed and it would be out of your system by the time that you dream.

Yeah, that makes sense... I have Flintstones vitamins in my house, because my mom recently went on a vitamins and supplements kick, and she makes my brothers take them. So, I can try that... I should go eat a banana... C y'all in my dreams (heh heh, I made a funny :) )
