"Exploring the world of Lucid Dreaming" by Stephen LaBerge

Came across this book online and was wondering if it was insightful enough to start reading thoroughly. I really want to experience a lucid dream and every little helps so let me know if Its a good enough book to read. If anyone knows of any films or literature which touch on the subject could you post as well. I plan to know every technicality and the intricacies of lucid dreaming in order to further my experiences and help achieve a better experience. Thanks!

Thats a good source of info youve got there already, i would also recommend some of his other books. Film wise i would take a look at "waking life" and "vanilla sky"

Thanks for the info Gez. I've recently seen 'Waking Life' and found it a bit pretentious. Vanilla Sky Is what Ive got to see next!

Ignore Vanilla Sky. Go with the original, Abre Los Ojos. The Matrix is also a lot of fun and a help when it comes to lucid dreaming. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind is also fun if you're into dreams/memory. EWOLD is definitely worth the read, so that you can understand why we're all always referring to it, if nothing else But seriously, it's a cool book.
