For the past week I've been experiencing sleep paralysis every night before sleep. Before, it would be maybe once a week or less.
For me, sleep paralysis is the best way for me to enter a lucid dream, but i have work early in the morning, so i just want to rest. Also, during my sleep paralysis, my hallucinations are becoming scarier. The audio hallucinations used to just be loud noises, but now I'm starting to hear people talk. And it feels like they're opening the door and coming into my room. I understand it's a hallucination, but damn, it's still scares me.
