Hey, i have been researching lucid dreaming for about a week now and i need some help on some parts. So far ive only had 2 lucid dreams. i have no problem staying asleep for about 5 minutes but i seem to wake up slowely. I just did read about spinning in one spot to stay awake so hopefully that will be helpful... is there something that could probably help me stay lucid for a little bit longer? all ive already got a notebook.... thanks for reading this
