need to share this/ your opinion :D

Ok last night i had this fragment:

I was in a supermarket with my girlfriend Fleur and we were each holding a glass bottle when suddenly I had this feeling: "I am dreaming!!" I also said this to my girlfriend: "We are dreaming!! let go of the bottle". I was for some strange reason expecting the bottle would float in mid-air, but instead it fell to the ground and shattered.
I was thinking how weird this was but at the same time saying to Fleur that I was sure we were dreaming. Then I let go of my bottle and it shattered too, which suprised me even more, but still i was sure I was dreaming. Then I began to try to "float" a bottle between my hands but I think i woke up that moment and wrote down this fragment..

for me this is proof that the RC's and thinking of LCD is slowly beginning to work, but at the same time I feel weird that:
1-I suddenly realised I was dreaming but i don't have any recollection of how i came to this conclusion.
2-I was assuming the bottles would float and I was using this as a RC.. but did not do a normal RC (which i use in RL)
3-maybe this was a dream about being lucid instead of actually being lucid, but at the same time I really felt this emotion that I knew i was dreaming...

      any thoughts?

It sounds like one of those spontaneous lucids that result from keeping lucid dreaming on your mind. I think I know the feeling you describe. There is a definite change in awareness when you become lucid.

Remember that dream control and lucidity can be totally separate. Sometimes my most lucid and realistic dreams are the hardest to control. It is as if the realness of the dream and the lucidness of my thought process make it difficult to convince myself I can do wacky things.

now that I think about it, maybe I was trying to proof to my girlfriend we were in a dream and I was trying to float the bottles as a "reversed reality check" haha
