I would say try to do simpler things first, manifest a water bottle in your hands, something easy. Once your control improves then you can try doing something difficult, but it will take practice, or not, depending on how good you get how fast: good luck and welcome to the forums. |

Yes, it's called dream incubation. Unfortunately, the tutorial isn't up yet, but the dream guide staff is working on it. Until then, check out the other tutorials to help you get lucid and more control over your dreams. |

Thanks guys, that will be interesting to see - the dream incubation tutorial |

Welcome to the board. I would definitely try something more simple and less complex to think of, as this may help you prevent yourself from getting too excited and waking up. |

Welcome. I'm the son of rage and love. Nice to meet you. |

Honestly, it's very difficult. I've heard it's possible, but I've never been able to "dream incubate." I have better luck if I find myself in a lucid dream to try to get the person there in that context. But it's still very difficult. It's much easier for me to create other things. People I want in the dream are the hardest. Frustrating though, because that's the one thing I want to be able to do. |
