I had a very vivid dream last night. I woke up at 3:00 AM, and I had fallen asleep at around 11:30. I know that it is not common to have such a vivid dream that early in night, but is it possible? Do I just think it was vivid because I haven't really experienced any truly vivid dreams? Any thoughts? |

Some of my best dreaming happens 4 hours after my head hits the pillow. Everyone's rhythm and sleep habits are a little different. Maybe you have found your magic time? |

OK, I'll test it tonight. I'll set my alarm for 3:00 AM... |

Maybe for some reason the night before you were REM deficient so you had a rebound. |
