      Hello Everyone!

      Hello,
My name is Jordan, i'm 17 from Galion, Ohio.
I've never once had a Lucid dream that i remember...(my dream recall is horrible)
i've been trying for a number of weeks to have one, I've tried from DILDs to WILDs to EILDs. but have not had any. if you guys have any ideas, i'd be grateful.

i suggest RC's... RC's helped me have my very first LD! Okay now my theroy is that everyone has a special method in these that you mentioned. I am better at WILDs than anyone else i have a friend on here that is better at WBTB's so i guess that you just have to find the one that is best suited for you

okay now for your dream recall.... my suggestion is that you start a dream journal these help very much so for remembering your dreams

it takes sometimes a lot of time for some people to have LD it took me a while for my first one even though it wasn't even very long

okay so i hope that i helped you Jordan and if you have any questions just PM me i would be very happy to help oh and to dreamviews!

      Welcome to DV!

Like reeses says, keeping a dream journal will really increase your dream recall. If you can't remeber your dreams it is pretty much pointless to work hard at LDing because you'll likely just forget any lucid dreams you have, too!

DJ really help your recall! I just started one recently, and honestly, just trying to remember your dreams drastically improves your recall.

Good luck, I am trying to have a LD too!

There is another well-known staff member named Seeker. He is a middle aged guy. I'm a 20-something girl. I had a lot of people mistaking me for him, so I put that there to make the difference in our names more noticeable.

Reeses joined after Seeker had already left

LucidNovice. I recommend sticking with one technique for a while, probably WBTB + DILD. It's a good one for beginners, make sure that you read the tutorials.
