Welcome!! Ignore everyone who acts miffed, that's just plain rudeness
It sounds like you have a lot of awesome experience with lucid dreaming! I had a similar experience the first time I got lucid, I slammed my head through a window haha luckily it was definitely a dream I'm looking forward to hearing more about your lucid experiences!

Sounds like you don't need a lot of help with lucid dreaming itself, but if you haven't seen it yet check out the acronym list http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ead.php?t=2954 , so you can understand all the crazy jargon we use on here

Do you keep a dream journal? You can always start one in the DJ section of the forum

You may also be interested in trying out the task of the month

Even the old tasks can give you some fun ideas of things to do in your lucids.

Theres probably one hundred people here who would kill to be a "natural" lol

But I like natural LDers, well because it proves that Lucid Dreaming isn't bad for you. Some people say its less restful or can hurt your subconscious or some other s***. Helps to know that there's people who have them without even trying.

But I think after getting really good at lucid dreaming, eventually anyone can become "natural".
