I am a complete "Noob".
Just today, I bought a 250-tablet bottle of Vitamin B6, to help converting Trytophan (sp?) to Serotonin, in hopes of increasing focus and attention.
That aside -- How can I attain lucid dreams? I am on a quest to gain complete control over my consciousness. I've read general tutorials (keeping dream journals, interrupting REM sleep [WILD I believe?], taking supplements), but I want you to tell me how you would begin becoming lucid, from experience.
I want this to become a thread for everyone to read, experiment, and judge the best way to become lucid.
Thank you in advance for any input, and I'll continue to contribute to this thread with my personal results.
