Trouble Sleeping
I've been having trouble sleeping as of late. I learned about lucid dreaming 5 days ago, so I got myself a dream journal and studied lucid dreaming a bunch. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to sleep very well for the past few days. I think it's the excitement of lucid dreaming that keep me awake. I lay in bed for hours, not able to sleep. Eventually, I got to a point where I begin to hallucinate, I go into mild SP, and I hear music, feel like I'm flying/falling/swimming. Patterns appear before my eyes. I have almost no dream recall when I go to sleep like this (4 second glimpses of cutting my toe nails, for instance, is all I can remember of a dream I had after I feel asleep in the manner above.) I was wondering If anyone could tell me of a better way of falling asleep quicker and easier? It would be much appreciated. :)

Try doing 100 push ups before bed.

Haha.. I have also trouble sleeping lately, last night I tried to do the WBTB , went to sleep really tired and I stood there like half an hour trying to sleep, woke up 5 hours later and was really tired, so I took some b6 and started relaxing but I couldnt go back to sleep...

i find staying completly still works 8/10 times.
Get yourself into a position that you have worken up in before, (your body will move in the night to get more comfortable).
And basically just lay completly still, let your mind wander, but just stay comfortable and STILL (most people move there toes, legs or just shift positions every ten minutes, try to avoid this!)
Thats what does it for me.. easy, but effective.
