You should naturally wake up after every dream for a split second anyways (unless you are on weird medications, or have a chemical imbalance in your brain). The problem is, most people don't recognize this split second of consciousness. Most people just immediately fall back asleep.
I had been using the mneumonic phrase "I will wake up after every dream period and I will remember my dream", sometimes I would wake up in the middle of the night and write it down, and sometimes I would wake up in the morning and just remember a couple, without waking up in the middle of the night.
The night that I remembered 3 dreams (according to my DJ), I used the mneumonic phrase "I will remember my dreams and write them down", so maybe I should try that one again, or a combination of the two. Thanks for the tip

And the lucid dreaming mp3 is helping the recall, but you have to listen to it right before you fall asleep, otherwise it doesn't help.
The thing is, every time i tried it, i did listen to it right before going to sleep, and if anything it worsened my dream recall. I guess this method just doesn't work for me, though i've read about it helping many people out, so it must be useful to some people!
Thanks a lot for the responses guys!
