“Keep your dreams alive. Understand to achieve anything requires faith and belief in yourself, vision, hard work, determination, and dedication. Remember all things are possible for those who believe.”

Try setting an alarm clock to go off for about 7am. |

1. You don't have to wake up in the middle of the night! Waking up 90 minutes before you usually do is sufficient. Because we naturally wake up after dreams, and dreams occur in 90 minute intervals, waking up 90 minutes early should land you right after a dream. When you go back to sleep, reaffirm your desire to remember dreams (highly effective since little time will pass). Keep trying! |
