last night something happened can some1 help?

last night was the first night i took b6 tablet n i woke up twice in the night so the second time i woke up i tryed the fild and it kinda worked beacause i went into a dream and every1 was running away from zombies i turned around and said im dreaming im dreaming i kept saying to myself im dreaming do a reality check but i didnt?! and i cudent control anything i mean what the flip?! it really sucked was i to sucked into the action of the zombie dream what could i have done? :S thanks for all ure replys too
