Well, I have been having many dreams lately.. and I have been sleeping a lot more. But the thing is.. I go to sleep and I dream, but I dont know it... but when I actually do realize that im dreaming I just wake up? I dont know, its kind of hard to explain... Im trying to find out how to stop that, also before I go to sleep I say to my self in my mind "im going to dream of *this*" But that does not work to well. I'm not sure if im even relaxing my body before I sleep. I usually just sit there and stare at something and think about what I want to dream about or just think about random things. Any tips? Thanks
