Thread: Hi im solartrinity, just joined!

I am fascinated by dreams and since i was very little I have sleep parralisis where my body is asleep and but i cant move but i am awake. It used to creep me out and i would go to scream but couldnt. I sometimes used to get like a really loud noise in my ears like an off tuned radio static. eventually i learnt to calm down, not panic ! and even though i was frozen eventually it relaxed and i would have really bad pains in my feet and arms, god knows what that was about, or called but i got used to it and found i could visualise floating above me and dreaming or what ever it was I felt i was seeing other parts of the room. I prob sound mad, but it was an experience i wanted to share with you. So thats a bit about me. And what has got me into dreams and exploring my mind. I am a spiritual peaceful person and my experiences may a bit way out but i hope to share some experiences with you I have had through my life. I would be interested in your thoughts.
