      Wow, that's pretty amazing. Hopefully, this is only the beginning.

      What have you been doing to induce these? Have you changed anything recently in your sleeping habits?

      No, not really.

      I mean, well... they seem more likely to happen when I'm REALLY tired.

      Like this past weekend I went to a friends and got an average of 5 to 6 hours of sleep a night. Came home, exhausted, but stayed up till 3am anyway.. then when I tried to fall asleep just.. instant WILD.

      Then I caught up on sleep but kept having them..
      I didn't have one last night though, (but I didn't sleep at all last nigh so.. that would be the reasoning, haha)

      Other than that, I don't think I've changed anything.
