I is pretty much necessary for me to use it as If I don't I'll probably wake up midday of some late time like that . The bright side is that I always wake up at 8am, so I have plenty of sleep . Soo, is it really bad to wake up with a jump? Will it be a big problem to a begginer?

      Thank you!
i think that alarm cloks are fine unless you are having a LD and it wakes you up...not a good experience...trust me. oh and this is my hundredth post!

alarm clock is fine for waking up for WBTBs. Its easy, and takes no adjustment (ie. you dont have to learn to wake up at time x).

And classes shouldnt stop you having healthy sleeping patterns
