Hello everyone! Brand new here, and relatively new to the idea of practicing to have lucid dreams, but ever since one of my friends told me he commonly has lucid dreams I've been wishing I could too. So I found this site, but I do have one question that I wasn't able to find any answers to anywhere ...
I've noticed in the past that if I eat directly before going to sleep I tend to dream a lot more vividly and remember my dreams better. Is there any actual connection? I know the brain can actually burn a few calories per minute while in a state of intense activity. Does this have anything to do with it?
