Lucid dreaming and astral projection have been an interests of mine for a while. I have had a few successfull brief lucid dreams. Sometimes I get this buzzing sound in my head that has been assosiated with astral projection and lucid dreaming. I wake up in the middle of the night with a very intense, loud, pulsating beep sound in my head and ears. Somehow I feel like I can control it in intensity but its very uncomfortable and it feels like if I go deeper into it something in my head is going to explode lol. Does anyone know why this happens or if I can use this to my advantage for lucid dreaming? Thank you for any help.
