      how to get SP

      im sure theres something on the internet about how too get SP but ive been proven uneventful. does anyone have any tips? does this occur more often when you WILD? before i started Lucid Dreaming during the night i felt like i was being tossed slowly heads over heels (pretty cool) but i was able to snap out of it easly. was that SP?

      Yep that sounds like a version of SP. Why do you want to actively try to induce SP? As far as I know, it's something that naturally either happens to you or it doesn't.

      SP was fun for me ( some people not) and im just wondering if its possible to induce it. like some people said its kinda like a rollercoaster (fun).

      is true SP like not being able to move , kinda like being trapped in your body?
      for me i struggle to keep hold of it, could of been a mild SP

      SP comes in all different shapes and sizes, really.

      I don't think there's a way to "induce" SP. I could be wrong.

      SP happens to everyone, all it is is a chemical your brain that sets off during sleep that keeps your body from moving. if the chemical wasn't put off of your brain then whatever you did in your dream you'd do in real life. what you experienced sounds like SP, and there are other feelings you'll get from it to.

      Worked for me

      After struggling to become lucid when sleeping over the past couple of months I tried GestaltAlteration's technique last night. It worked first time for me and ultimately led to a lucid dream.

      I'm really fascinated by SP, sleep cycles and stuff, so I loved every minute of it. Cheers.
