      im new....to how do u start a dream journal...and any advice on dream recall...do i have to wake up every 2 hours? do u do it every night?

      Go to the Dream Journal forum and click on new topic.
      No, you don't have to wake up every two hours.
      I usually accidentally wake up in the night and then in the morning I remember usually 2-6 dreams.
