      Red face Relation to food and dreaming

      I seem to remember a known link between the types of food you eat and how digested they are in your system when you go to sleep. Whether that is proven or not, I'm not sure. Anyways, someone wanna give me some information on this?

      Do you mean vitamins before bed? If so vitamin B6 and Tryptophan is what your looking for:
