      You should probably start on the main page and read all of those articles. then go on to read "Attaining Lucidity" if you want to read about the different methods of lucid dream induction. You might need to look at the acronym list to understand what all of the abbreviations are.

      DILD(Dream Indicated Lucid Dream) might be your best bet because you go to sleep normally but you regain consciousness in the dream. It requires the least amount of work I would say.
