      hi, welcome!

      its good to see another person has opened their minds to lucid dreaming. i have many friends who i've mentioned the site to but they all refuse to beleive you can control their dreams. oh well, their loss, eh?
      good stuff. if keep at it you'll be flying and diving off buildings in no time.
      I need my sleep. I need about eight hours a day, and about ten at night.
