      New to this place.

Hello, I'm new to this forum, but not forums overall.

I have precognitive dreams about once a month, and I've had lucid dreams on the rare occasion. I almost always know I'm dreaming during a dream. This is all without any training/practices. Deja Vu is common to me. And Sleep Paralysis runs in my family.
EDIT: I forgot to say, I feel taste and smell everything in my dreams.

I have just started doing a few practices this week, I'll inform you on how it goes.

Firstly, (hopefully) everyone has SP every night. It's what stops us from falling out of bed while dreaming about jumping off cliffs and such.

Secondly, if you are aware that you are dreaming, then you are lucid dreaming. That is the definition! So, looks like you've been LDing more than you think.

Sorry, I was unclear, I meant SP as in waking up and not being able to move. And LD's as being able to control my dreams.
      Bollocks.

Waking up in SP is common for lucid dreamers. Lots of people do it, but they haven't trained their minds to know if it's still part of the dream or real.
