      Hello fellow dreamers

Hi my name is corey...I'm new to the whole complete lucidity thing..but i remember when i was younger i used to lucid dream alot but i didnt know it was lucid dreaming..granted i never had complete control of what was going on i would just realize i was dreaming in a nightmare and would try to wake myself up but couldnt and i could never change what was going on, i could only change the setting....i had a DILD last week during an afternoon nap where i realized that my steering wheel was on the right not the left side and i said "hey thats not right im dreaming" and i got really excited and at that moment it felt like i was being squeezed through some tiny pressurized tube and then i was on my couch...i have excellent dream recall i can usual remember about three a night because i wake up after every one but i can never realize im dreaming at night....i used to WILD when i was little but i've tried that recently and i always get freaked out when my body vibrates and it goes away...any suggestions or help? i'd greatly appreciate it

Hi, you should check your post in your other thread, it got a couple replies that should be pretty helpful to your situation.

In the mean time, welcome to Dreamviews, and goodluck with your Lucid Dreaming.

Welcome to the forum corey! Most people seem to have lucids when they are younger but then tend to lose them as they grow up.

I suggest you make a dream journal and start recording down your dreams, it should improve recall and help you recognise dream signs.

Also I recommend that you try the WBTB with the MILD. You should find all the needed information in the Tutorials Section!

      Hope this helps!
