      Was it a DILD?

Yesterday night, I had a dream where I could do what I wanted, but I didn't realize it was a dream. Is that a DILD?

No that is just dream control. Lucidity is when you know you are dreaming. Control can work with lucidity but the pair can be seperate.

A DILD is when you spontaniously become lucid without really trying to be.

The Tutorials Section has lots of info!

      Hope this helps!

      I agree with NeAvO.

But I would like to add one more thing. I have noticed since finding out about Lucidity that I often have more control in my non-lucid dreams too. It's like a very back part of my brain knows I don't have to limit myself and lets myself do fantastic things, even though the conscious part is not aware.
