woo-hoo! my dream recall is improving

yes! I thought I was a lost cause, and I wasn't able to remember dreams the first two days after trying, except for a fragment from a nap. Last night, however, I was able to wake up and write about 4 different dreams (although 1 was very short and I wrote very little about it). Pretty soon I'll be havin' lucid dreams

the other night I tried doing things I hadn't done before, so last night I went to bed at my normal time, 2 am, because I knew that I was going to get plenty of sleep (didn't have class till 10), and I did auto-suggestion, and for some reason I was able to wake myself after each of the dreams (I had an alarm set for 8:30, but I woke about 30 min before it anyways, so I turned it off).

Congrats, dream journals help with recall if you aren't using one then I'd recommend that you'd make one!

Improving your dream recall is like a skill, it improves after practise just keep it up and you will continue to have amazing recall.
