Don't focus on them. The only reason your eyes will open is if you're anxious about them opening and are thus focusing too much on them. That or you're not nearly sleepy enough to really be going to sleep.
Are you attempting WILD when you first go to bed?
I did last night,but the same things have been happening in the morning.I hear that if the room's dark it's alright,is that true?
Well, in the morning you're likely to already not be too sleepy. Bright sunlight can have the tendency to awaken you and annoy your eyes of course.
But, in essence, don't focus on your physical body when doing anything mind-related.
Be it incubating a dream, inducing a lucid dream, etc. Dive into your mind, leaving your body behind.
