      Dream Recall

I've just started to write down my dream on a notepad and I'm having a hard time remembering any of my dreams when I wake up. This is very annoying, will it get better? If anyone has any tips let me know.

Yeah, it will get better. I found my recall increase dramatically when I started a journal. Then it started to dip again recently and I couldn't remember anything for 3 nights in a row, until last night, where i remembered most of it, but in disjointed pieces.

So don't let failure get you down. Some nights you'll remember so vividly it felt completely real and other times it might be extremely hazy or non existent, but a journal will definitely help.

Yes, it should get better. Repeating "I will remember my dreams" before going to sleep can help a lot. Also, try to write something down in your dream journal every day - even if its just what you felt like when you woke up.

      lulz

With a little practice, and going back and reading some of your previoulsy recorded dreams, I think you'll have better dream recall in about 2 weeks.
You do this every fucking time.
      No sweat.
      No tears.
      No guilt.
You do this every fucking time.
