Thread: lucid pills??

I've never heard of pills that make you lucid. I wish there was though...

You're probably confused with the dream control term "lucid pills", which involve creating a pill which gives you super strength or the ability to fly or some other dream power.

There are certain drugs that can be taken to increase the chance of it, but tere's not one that just makes you lucid.

I don't think there are any pills that can make one lucid. There are things that can aid in dream recall and possibly help inch you closer to lucidity but as far as I know there is no pill you can pop and be instantly lucid in dreams.

There are a lot of posts about this. When most of us talk about lucid pills, it means that we conjure up pills while we are lucid. The pills are just a form of dream control, they aren't real.

Vitamin B6 increases clarity, which in turn may cause a LD. If that's what you meant.

Usually I just have a banana which has B6 in it.

Mutivitamins also seem to help.

You might consider "sweet gale" tea as well. It works for me when I am having a bout of no lucid dreaming. It can take some adjustment, it took about a week of drinking it before I could get some deep sleep.

gaba.. Gamma ammubuteric acid. WILL make you dream a lot more real. And makes it SUPER easy to lucid in my opinion
