2 lucids in a week :)

I hadn't had a lucid in a while and all of a sudden I've had 2 in the past week! they've been good ones too, one of them i changed some scenery around me completely, the other i hit an old lady's car with a sign i pulled out of the ground hahah. What's even weirder is that I'm on vacation, sleeping in a totally different bed (more comfortable) and i've been drinking non stop so shouldnt that be affecting my rem? and happy holidays to everyone

Switching sleeping positions/spots can defenitely help with LDing. Which is why I swich ends of the bed every week or so. The only thing I think I heard about drinking is that it can affect recall. :/

I heard something about drinking changing sleep patterns, but I don't remember where. It may have been in Senseless Banter, from Adam, which means it has no credibility. Congratulations on the LDs!
