Hey guys, I'm a new dreamer. I'm going to begin keeping a dream journal tonight. It's been about a year since since Ive attempted a LD and I've had one successful experience.
I wanted to know where I can get vitamin B6, im thinking CVS...what are some brands? I see on the CVS website vitamins such as B-COMPLEX, but they seem like they contain a variety of vitamin B variations...so how can I get pure B6?

If you go to a big enough CVS, you should be able to find tablets that are just B6. Worked for me. I didn't experiment with it long, though, because it didn't seem to make a difference for me. I've had wet spells without it and dry spells with it. Maybe I'll mess around with it again sometime...but likely not. My tablets are CVS-brand Vitamin B6, 50 mg.
Hmm.I've got some B6 tablets lying around somewhere. It can be labeled many different things but it will be pretty obvious on the label. Like InnerSpaceCadet said, it's available at CVS'...or just a local drugstore. Have a look in the supplement Isle, if it's there, you'll see it within a minute or less of reading some labels.

Spring Valley is a huge supplement company and they sell tablets of individual vitamins. Just look for B6 is the vitamins isle.
