Hey, I'm new here as you can see. I stumbled upon this site while looking for a way to better remember your dreams and to seeing what causes sleep paralysis. That's when I found out about LDs and thought they seemed really cool and could be fun. I've read up on some dream recall techs and they've been working pretty good so far, (I usually can remember 2 dreams per night, but if its an off night only 1.) I was wondering when I should attempt gaining lucidity? Am I going at an ok pace as it is or should I be getting more dreams recalled per night?
