      That "stuck" sensation you're describing is called Sleep Paralysis. Its actually a totally normal part of everyone's sleep cycle. We're usually just not conscious enough by the time it kicks in to remember it.

      When falling asleep the brain sends a chemical through the body to paralyze it, it does this so that we don't act out our dreams in reality.
